Former Leader of a research cluster at the Center For The Humanities And Medicine at the University of Hong Kong, Barbara is Honorary Research Associate at the Center of Behavioral Health at The University of Hong Kong, and Assistant Professor at Beijing Normal University – Hong Kong Baptist University – UIC (China).
Cross-cultural mediator and facilitator, Barbara collaborates with Faculty at Columbia University in the city of New York to develop leadership programmes on emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and relationship building.
