Having studied international busines and anthropology in the United States, Chaitali worked in the domain of refugee rehabilitation before moving to France. Her passion for gastronomy led her to pursue a diploma in classical French cuisine in Paris. Currently, she is in the process of developing a series of modern Indian cuisine workshops while working as a language trainer in Lyon. She is interested in a wide variety of subjects generally ranging from world cultures, gastronomy, entrepreneurship, nutrition, inter-cultural management and sustainability
