Managing Partner of InnovaLion
Emmanuel is a Managing Partner of InnovaLion, a boutique consulting firm that he and 2 Professors at INSEAD co-founded in 2010. Since the company’s creation, Emmanuel and his team have been focusing on innovative projects that can have a significant and measurable impact on Global Public Health.
Besides having been a strategy consultant for more than a decade, Emmanuel was for 6 years a VP and General Manager EMEA for a public listed company in the semi-conductors’ arena, hence his interest of semiconductor-based technologies for low-cost point-of-care diagnostics testing platforms.
Emmanuel is an alumnus of HST, the Joint Harvard–MIT Program of Health Sciences and Technology. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he was a Sloan Fellow and an MA from Sciences Po Paris in Economics, with a minor in Public Health.
Since 2009, Emmanuel is a Foreign Trade Advisor, appointed by the French Prime Minister and serves as General Secretary for the Commission for Governmental Affairs.
Emmanuel is a member of the Board of GreenVax®, an innovative venture co-founded with Pr. Bruce Butler, 2011 Nobel Prize of Medicine, and Pr. Dale Boger from Scripps Research Institute in San Diego, dedicated to deliver novel molecular adjuvant with improved efficacy and safety within the same manufacturing price range as today’s vaccines, and a member of the Board of Organic Vaccines®, a life sciences company chaired by Baron Jean Stéphenne, former GSK Vaccines’ CEO.
