Dr Jill Olivier is a South African based at the University of Cape Town in the School of Public Health and Family Medicine, where she is the Research Director for the International Religious Health Assets Programme (IRHAP-ARHAP), lectures on Health Systems Research, and coordinates the UCT side of the Collaboration for Health Systems Analysis and Innovation (CHESAI). Immediately prior to this she was based in Washington DC as a consultant for the World Bank with a focus on faith-based health service delivery, health systems and community response to HIV/AIDS.
