Manager, Kois Invest
Ladislas is Manager at the Kois Paris office. He is in charge of advising Kois’s European clients on innovative funding structures, as well as sourcing new investment opportunities for Kois Europe.
Ladislas notably structured the second Belgium Social Impact Bond, and he is currently working on the structuring of the two largest Social Impact Bonds in France, including one in partnership with Médecins du Monde aiming to help homeless people with psychiatric issues in Marseille. Before joining Kois, Ladislas worked in Corporate Finance at General Electric and J.P. Morgan. Ladislas hold a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine
