ITC E-learning Programme Manager
Born in Strasbourg; business school graduate in Paris; Master’s degree in Information Management, Raphaël joined the ITC in 2004, after having worked in several organisations in France, Argentina, Colombia and Canada, mainly in the private sector and IT companies/start-ups. At ITC, he created and lead the Trade at Hand programme for 8 years, making use of mobile phones to enhance the competitiveness of small businesses, mostly from Africa.
He graduated in Sustainable Management, in Geneva, in 2013.
Since then, Raphaël manages ITC’s E-learning programme, which runs the SME Trade Academy (45k registrations from 180 countries).
He co-founded and co-runs ITC’s Innovation Lab.
Raphaël recently developed an integrated system, inspired by permaculture, to motivate youth support their countries’ development instead of taking the risky migration route.
