Business Development Director Nutrition – Danone Communities
After more than 20 years of Business experiences in the field of Nutrition of which 10 years at Danone, Valerie has decided to join the team of Danone Communities to leverage her business competencies for supporting social businesses to reach sustainable social impact. Danone Communities is an incubator of business solutions which address the issues of B.O.P. on access to safe and drinking water and on reducing chronic malnutrition. It is a venture capital fund created by Franck Riboud and Professor Yunus which provides capital, technical and managerial expertise to social businesses. At Danone Communities Valerie is in charge of the portfolio of Join Venture of social businesses tackling chronic Malnutrition, as well as looking for new social businesses to invest in.
